Baycross Christian Family Foundation awarded a grant to the Boys and Girls Club of Sarasota County to create and equip a STEM classroom inside the newly constructed Shapiro Career Resource Center, providing opportunities, experiences and pathways to success for today’s youth. The Shapiro Career Resource Center targets youth in grades 10 through 12 and exposes them to different in-demand trades and careers. Instructors will be brought in to 
train student participants in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and the culinary arts.
