Baycross Christian Family Foundation awarded a grant to Selah Freedom to develop the sustainability center of Selah Freedom’s multipurpose outreach building to be named “Julie’s Place.” This multipurpose center will bring hope, resources, and opportunities to hundreds of women reached by Selah Freedom’s team. Julie’s Place will offer survivors of human trafficking a place to receive education, fitness, art therapy, and sustainability skills. The development of the sustainability center will provide survivors with a safe place to create, invent and learn.  Here,OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAthe women will have the opportunity to learn the entrepreneurial skills required to start-up and and run a small business, all while saving money for that very purpose while they are in Selah’s program. Julie’s Place will also include two counseling rooms, staff offices, and a group meeting room.
