Baycross Christian Family Foundation awarded a grant to the St. Martin de Porres Outreach Community Ministry, which has been serving hungry and homeless individuals in Fort Meyers and surrounding Lee County for the past 9 years. Starting in 2014,the organization acquired a lease for a new outreach building, which has allowed the ministry to provide hot meals to the needy two evenings per week. The grant from Baycross will be used to purchase much-needed proteins and healthier meals for the hundreds of families that are served every week.
